How to return your sample
A short checklist for getting your collected sample ready for its return journey.
Seal and pack as instructed
Use the packaging supplied with your kit and follow the sealing steps in the instructions. Packaging is part of how a sample stays usable in transit.
Include everything that was asked for
Check whether your kit asks for a completed form or consent document alongside the sample. A return that is missing paperwork can delay processing.
Keep your proof of return
Keep any tracking number, receipt or drop-off confirmation until your sample is confirmed as received. It is the record you will need if the return has to be traced.
